Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 business days from the date of delivery in exchange for store credit.

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

All special orders, custom orders, personalized items and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Nake‘u Awai does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
